   Bernard L. Davis, 62, of Fallbrook died May 10. He was born in San Diego and was a counselor for the San Diego Unified School District.
   Survivors include his wife, Judith Davis; daughter Tracy Smith; mother, Angie Davis; sisters, Margaret Davis and Mary Wylie; and four grandchildren.
  Mass:10:30 a.m. Thursday, Santa Sophia Catholic Church, 9800 San Juan Street, Spring Valley.
  Donations: Fallbrook Hospice, 624 E. Elder St., Fallbrook, CA 92028.
  Arrangements:Accu-Care Cremation Center.
Services are scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 10:30 AM

Barney was a good man.  He was a retired school teacher and a collector of good old guns.  Barney was a Democrat amongst a lot of Republicans but he always spoke loudly against the Republican party.  He had a lot of friends even though most disagreed with him about politics.  He was a very tall man but never looked down on anyone.

He will be missed by us all.
